Important Note: Clean VPN is currently an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) operated as an individual project. We are in the process of establishing a formal business entity and will update these terms accordingly once registration is complete.

Current limitations during MVP phase:

• One Connection: Each account is limited to one simultaneous connection
• Fair Usage: Service is provided on a fair usage basis
• No Account Required: Currently no registration is required
• Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
